Minimum requirements
There are a few minimum requirements to meet before you can sign up to provide mobile phlebotomy services with myWork.
- Active phlebotomy license/ certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a phlebotomist
- A valid US driver’s license
- Ability to commute to the client
- Pass a background check
- Complete MOH phlebotomy training
- Ability to work independently
- Access and capacity to use a smart device
- Access to a computer and printer

Mobile Phlebotomy Screening
After signing up, you can complete a screening online. It will review your driving record and criminal history.

Tell us about yourself and your previous phlebotomy experience.
2. Share required documents
Next, submit copies of your license, registration, and proof of insurance, plus some information for a background check.
3. Get the app and go
