The New York City Department of Health partners with myOnsite for their Sero Surveillance program.

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) has partnered with myOnsite for Covid Sero-Surveillance collections since the Covid pandemic conducting a population-based serology survey inform decisions about prevention and control strategies as well as community mitigation interventions. Our team of qualified professionals is visiting the homes of study participants across the five boroughs of New York City to collect blood specimens, transport all specimens in an appropriate and timely manner, and properly dispose of waste biohazardous waste generated in the process. We were able to initiate the project within a week of notification and have already completed phase 1 and soon begin with Phase 2.

myOnsite helping New York city schools reopen safely.

In support of Governor Cuomo’s executive order of mandatory COVID testing of students and teachers in the yellow zone schools, myOnsite now offers fully managed Covid-19 Testing for New York Schools at a deep discount. We will assign a dedicated Project Manager for each school and digitally manage the entire process by allowing schools to complete access to our web portal to review all the results. myOnsite will provide a list of positive tests for NY State as per reporting regulations.

myOnsite has been awarded two US defense medical research studies and one rare disease study.

We are happy to announce the launch of two prestigious Defense projects, for which we are providing mobile specimen collection services. One of the projects is a biomedical study and the other study is a patient population study related to Obesity. The Projects are quite complex and we are managing the entire process from specimen collection, processing to reporting the results. We are also enabling instrument interfaces through our web portal system.

We are also working on a project for conducting research services for rare diseases. This project’s biggest challenge is that the collection has to be conducted for participants in remote counties. We are solving the last mile leg of the clinical research industry challenge, that the participants from remote counties are unable to reach the sites and travel far. We have also enabled the transportation of the samples post collection and consenting process with seamless tracking.

To ensure we offer the best of the services and improve the business, we have expanded our coverage and currently servicing 22 states across the nation. With regards to customer satisfaction we have consistently worked on it and improved on it by ensuring consistent Increase in Ontime draws which stands at about 85%. We are in the process of increasing our coverage by doubling the coverage further across the nation by Dec-2020 so that we can have better / more reach and service more customers.
