With focus on strategic growth markets, spotting market opportunities and ceasing first-mover advantage Mr. Trivedi has assembled a portfolio of companies to provide on-demand on-site integrated clinical diagnostic services and drug-testing services.

Mr. Trivedi has successfully negotiated a series of strategic partnerships with various industry segments. Mr. Trivedi is also active in venture funding of early stage technology and services companies.

Rakshit Sheth is Bachelor of Engineering and brings with him 25 years of experience in IT Industry with almost a decade of it in HealthCare Information Technology Industry.
Based in India, Mr. Sheth has managed multiple small and medium sized HIT companies in last 17 years. He has successfully grown companies ground up from being a concept to becoming a vibrant and mature company with smooth operations spread across different continents.

As a development manager of startup, Mosum Technology, the development arm of Sysware Technologies USA, was instrumental in building the India team from scratch. Training the team in new technology, setting up processes, designing, development and successful delivery of a new version of its flagship healthcare product, PowerLAB, complete with addition of multiple new modules. This was successfully deployed at healthcare providers in USA and Canada.

Mr. Sheth went on to setup two more startups providing IT services to local industries, before rejoining Mosum Technology as AGM. He restructured the team, redesigned processes and helped overcome technical challenges to deliver yet another industry leading version of PowerLAB and a new product PowerBANK, a Blood Bank management system. PowerBank was awarded US-FDA 510K as well as 13485 from Canada. These products attracted attention of Eclipsys, one of fore-runners of HIT industry. Eclipsys later went on to acquire the company.

He was again “Employee# Zero” at Indralok Technologies as he was onboard even before inception of the company. As General Manager he is responsible for smooth working of India operations and actively involving in charting and achieving product roadmap and corporate goals. Indralok technologies has been successfully delivering products and services in varied technologies to HIT companies and Healthcare providers across North America.

His technical background combined with experience in managing of HIT companies, translates into successful on time delivery of innovative and quality products & services by overcoming technical, operational and regulatory complexities.

Dr. Krishna Tangella, MD, MBA, FCAP,

Dr. Tangella is a board certified Anatomic and Clinical pathologist practicing in private practice in the Urbana-Champaign. He actively signs out surgical pathology cases, bone marrow and cytology cases. He is a medical director of multiple CAP accredited laboratories in both hospital and outpatient settings. He also has extensive medical management and regulatory experience in Hospital, Professional organizations, and in Outpatient healthcare settings. He actively participates in collaborative translational research at world renowned Beckman Institute at University of Illinois-UC. His research interests include cellular biomedical imaging and optical characteristics of cancers. He actively teaches medical students and internal medicine residents as a Clinical Associate Professor in Departments of Pathology and Internal Medicine at University of Illinois College of Medicine. He has published multiple peer reviewed articles in medical journals. Dr. Tangella holds an MD from the prestigious Madras Medical College, completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, and also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
